WILDLIFE HABITAT
My husband and I enjoy working in and developing our backyard shade garden. It includes elements of a formal garden with some whimsical garden art and a large area dedicated to wildlife. We moved into this home and began our garden in 1993 and since 1996 our garden has been certified with the National Wildlife Federation as a mini refuge for wildlife (certificate no. 18394). Through our landscaping and gardening we provide quality habitat – food, water, cover and places to raise young.
